We train local pastors and leaders in biblical ethics with the goal of launching a national movement that rescues unborn lives and leads mothers to find salvation in Christ.
The Situation in Colombia
In Colombia, abortion has been decriminalized since 2006. In 2022, the legal timeframe was extended, making abortion permissible up to 24 weeks of gestation.
Tracking abortion in Colombia is not easy; however, Colombian newspapers report that since 2022, the demand for abortions has increased by 65%. Colombia, once a pro-life nation, is increasingly accepting of abortion, infanticide, and euthanasia.
Our Strategy in Colombia
Teaching the 4 Questions in a biblical, logical, and concise manner leads listeners to:
- Treasure human life
- Reject abortion
- Proclaim the Gospel, including Christ’s forgiveness, resulting in freedom from guilt.
- Rescue unborn babies by reaching one mother at a time.
Our strategy is to encourage rapid replication of our teaching content so that mothers and babies are rescued from abortion and come to faith in Christ.
The Colombian Church as an Army of Good Samaritans
Once the leadership is trained in the 4 Questions, their churches are taught to mobilize and rescue mothers and babies through counseling, support ministries, pregnancy centers, post-abortion care, and other initiatives. Ultimately, families are transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Currently, doors are opening in major cities such as Medellín, Cali, and Cartagena, as well as in small, isolated towns like those in Amazonas, Risaralda, and Tolima. Our PasiónVida team continues to train groups of leaders in biblical ethics, prolife apologetics, and pregnancy crisis counseling, equipping them to sustain their church’s efforts in responding to the crisis. As pregnancy centers, counseling offices, and medical training programs emerge, more people desire to join the Gospel-centered prolife work to rescue the most vulnerable, where abortion is most concentrated in the nation.
